CONGRATULATIONS on your upcoming graduation! We know you have worked hard and are looking forward to your big day!

At Morris Chapel, we want to celebrate you and your accomplishments. In following with our tradition here at Morris Chapel, we would like to invite you to participate in the recognition and celebration of our graduates at each of our worship services (8:45am, 9am, and 11am) on Sunday, June 4th:

In preparation for the upcoming celebration, we ask for a little bit of information from you. 

1)   A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PAST OR UPCOMING GRADUATION (Fall 2022 or Spring 2023)

2)   GRADUATE INFORMATION FORM

4)   A PHOTO – You can submit any photo(s) of your choice, whether that be your cap and gown photo, a photo of you participating in an activity or sport, etc. Photos may be uploaded into the google form, dropped off in the church office or scanned and email to morrischapel@gmail.com. All photos will be returned to you following Graduation Sunday.
