OUR MISSION & BELIEFS

OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE

To grow the family of God, by building relationships of love, support and commitment, through Christ.

Everything we do, from our worship and teaching to our outreach is driven by building a community of people who grow closer to God each day.

"Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God's people and also members of his household, built on the foundations of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit."
Ephesians 2:19-22

WE BELIEVE.

United Methodists share a common heritage with all Christians.
To live out the faith, John Wesley and the early Methodists placed primary emphasis on Christian living, and on putting faith and love into action.

This emphasis on what Wesley referred to as "practical divinity" has continued to be a hallmark of United Methodism today. He believed that the Christian faith is revealed through Scripture, brought to life through tradition, nourished through personal experience and confirmed through reasoning.
